Placing an order on our website is simple! Follow these steps:

Browse Products: Explore our collections and select the items you wish to purchase.

Add to Cart: Click the Add to Cart button on the product page.

Review Your Cart: Once you've added all desired items, click on the shopping cart icon in the top-right corner of the page to review your selections.

Proceed to Checkout: Click the Checkout button to proceed.

Enter Shipping Information: Provide your shipping details and select a preferred shipping method.

Complete Payment: Choose a payment method and securely enter your payment details.

Confirm Order: Review your order summary and click Place Order or Pay Now

Receive Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once the order is shppied

Standard Shipping: Cost: Rs. 49 Delivery Time: 4-5 working days.

Free Shipping: Eligibility: Available on orders of ₹999 and above Delivery Time: 4-5 working days.

If your item is faulty or not functioning, please follow these steps:

• Check the product page for "How to Use" instructions.

• If the issue persists, submit a ticket with: • Order number • Email ID used for purchase

• Video or snapshot of the issue We’ll respond within 48 hours. Once approved, send the item back and share the tracking details.

If the product is faulty, we can offer a replacement or refund, including up to Rs. 70 for return shipping.

Note: IEM Robotics reserves the right to reject refunds if the product does not meet the return criteria.

You can pay using various options at checkout, including Credit/Debit Cards, Internet Banking, Mobile Payments, Wallets, UPI, and Manual Bank transfers. You can also apply coupons. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in specific locations and carries an additional fee of ₹125.

After placing a COD order, our team will call to confirm before processing. Prepayment is recommended for a smoother experience.

A GST invoice is sent automatically once an order is placed. If you have a valid GST number, provide it during checkout. For any alterations to the invoice, submit a ticket with:

• Order ID

• Changes needed in the invoice

Note: Invoice changes can only be made before the order is dispatched, so submit your request immediately after placing the order.

Once your parcel is packed and shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. We recommend using this information to track your order.

Note: If you encounter any issues with the delivery status, please check with your neighbors, security guard, or watchman first. If the issue persists, contact us by mailing at support.iemrobotics@iemlabs.com within 48 hours of the incorrect delivery status.

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, follow these steps:

• Submit a mail with:

• Order number

• Email ID used at checkout

• Snapshots showing the wrong item

• Brief description of what you ordered vs. what you received Once you submit your email, we’ll respond within 48 hours.

If we need more information, we’ll reach out; otherwise, we’ll ship you the correct item.

Return Process: If the item is confirmed as wrong, return it and send us the tracking details and a snapshot of the packed parcel. We’ll then send you the correct product. Return Shipping Charges: We’ll reimburse up to Rs. 70 for return shipping. Please provide your bank details for the transfer. Important: Contact us within 2 days of delivery; otherwise, returns may not be possible.

If you have a technical query about a product on IEM Robotics website, please follow these steps:

Drop a mail with:

• Product code/SKU

• Brief description of your query Once we receive your request, we will respond promptly with the information you need.

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

• Drop us a message with the following details:

• Order number

• Reason for cancellation

Once the ticket is submitted: If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will cancel it and process your refund to your original so payment method.

If the parcel is already in transit, you can reject it at the time of delivery, which will be returned to our warehouse.

Please note: The return process must be followed once the parcel is accepted.

Refund timelines:

Unconfirmed Order: Refunds are processed within 1-2 working days, within 10-15 working days for bank reconciliation.

Order Not Shipped/Canceled/Faulty/Wrong Item: Refunds are issued within 10-15 working days to your original payment method.

Depending on the product category, restocking times vary from 3 days to 1-2 months. To inquire about a specific product's restocking time, please submit a ticket with the following:

• Product Name or Product Code/SKU (found on the product page)

• Brief description of your query

• Brief description of your query within 48 Business Hours

To request a quotation, please email us at support.iemrobotics@iemlabs.com with the following details:

Name and address to appear on the quotation

Required products and quantities (including SKUs for faster processing)

We will provide you with the quote as soon as possible.

If your money was deducted without an order, we will refund it within 2-3 working days. After payment reconciliation, the amount should be reflected in your bank account within 10-15 working days.

To report an issue, please submit a ticket with:

• Customer name

• Email ID used for the order

• Transaction reference number from your bank

Please get in touch with us for assistance if the amount does not appear on your account.

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery.

We’ll respond within 48 Business hours with either a replacement or instructions for returning the damaged item.

If you receive an order with missing parts, please submit a ticket within 2 days of delivery.

We’ll respond within 48 Business hours. If we need more information, we’ll reach out. Otherwise, we’ll ship the missing item and provide tracking details.

Metropolitan cities: 4 to 5 Working days

Rest of India: 7 to 10 Working days

We do not currently offer international shipping. However, we hope to expand our services to include them in the future. Thank you for your interest!

If the products purchased at IEM Robotics are damaged or faulty upon arrival, you can return them within 7 days of Purchase.

Returns are not accepted for items damaged by the customer.

Products must be in their original packaging with all accessories to be eligible for return.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you will receive a complete refund. However, shipping costs are non-refundable in other cases.

Refunds are typically credited to the original account used for the order. If you need to change your bank account details for the refund, please email at support.iemrobotics@iemlabs.com with your request.

If your received product is eligible for a return, you can contact our support team via email or chat to request an exchange. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

A replacement is not acceptable if:

• The product is outside the return period.

• The item has not been returned in its original packaging.

• The shipping address is international.

• The product is one of the following: Raspberry Pi, Arduino Original

A warranty is available only for products with an extended warranty from the manufacturer. You must report an issue within the return period to claim a warranty. Please note that damages caused by the customer are not eligible for a warranty claim.

The warranty only applies to original Raspberry Pi boards and genuine Arduino products.

Yes, you can obtain the GST bill. Please provide your GST number when placing your order.

If you cannot find any specific items, please email your list to support.iemrobotics@iemlabs.com. We will inform you if we can arrange them, add you to our Wishlist, and notify you when the products are back in stock.
