    • Only orders in the status of "Pending" or "Payment Verification" can be altered or cancelled. If an order has progressed to a different status, alterations or cancellations cannot be made.
    • In some cases, order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges, depending on the payment methods used by the customer. This charge is applied because most payment gateway providers collect their commission even if the order is cancelled and refunded.
    • Due to the nature of the products we sell and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason
    • Customers must provide sufficient evidence to support their request for cancellation or return, and approval is subject to our discretion.
